...AREAS OF DENSE MOUNTAIN VALLEY FOG THIS MORNING...

Dense fog, lowering visibility to 1/4 mile or less at times, will
continue this morning across the North Carolina mountain valleys,
especially across the Tennessee border counties. Motorists
traveling along I-40 west of Asheville, along I-26 north of
Asheville, along the Smoky Mountain Expressway, and other roads
and highways across the region, should be prepared for adverse
driving conditions. If dense fog is experienced, slow down, use
low beam headlights, and allow plenty of room between yourself and
other vehicles. The fog should begin burning off around 9 AM.
