INTERSTATE 40 THROUGH WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA...ALONG I-85 THROUGH
NORTHEAST GEORGIA AND SOUTH CAROLINA...AND OTHER ROADS AND
HIGHWAYS ACROSS THE REGION...SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN
DETERIORATION IN VISIBILITY. SLOW DOWN AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS
