...STRONG GUSTY WINDS ACROSS THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON...

Gusty northwest winds will continue through the afternoon across
the Northern Mountains. Frequent wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph will
be possible above elevations of 4000 ft. Winds at these speeds may
knock down a few trees, which could lead isolated power outages.
The winds may also cause some travel difficulty, especially for high
profile vehicles. Winds will decrease late this afternoon and into
the early evening.
