DUE TO A STAGNANT AND HIGHLY MOIST AIRMASS...PATCHY DENSE FOG
WILL DEVELOP AND PERSIST ACROSS THE NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAIN
VALLEYS THIS MORNING. DENSE FOG WILL LIMIT VISIBILITIES TO ONE
QUARTER MILE OR LESS AND LINGER THROUGH DAYBREAK.

MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN AND USE EXTRA CAUTION AS
VISIBILITIES COULD RAPIDLY CHANGE FOR THE WORSE.
