...PATCHY DENSE FOG TO AFFECT PARTS OF THE NORTH CAROLINA
FOOTHILLS AND PIEDMONT THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON...

Areas of fog have developed near the Interstate 40 corridor in
the piedmont of western North Carolina. The visibility in the fog
is quite variable across the region, but some locations will
experience visibility of one-quarter mile or less at times through
2 PM.

Use extra caution if driving. Allow extra time to reach your
destination and use low-beam headlights and fog lamps if you
encounter dense fog.
