FOR LAURENS...SOUTHWESTERN SPARTANBURG AND NORTHWESTERN GREENWOOD
COUNTIES...
At 219 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles northwest of
Laurens, or near Gray Court, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Laurens, Woodruff, Ware Shoals, Gray Court, Cross Hill, Waterloo,
Moore, Shoals Junction, Mountville, and Enoree.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Carolina.
