.COLD AND MOIST NORTHWESTERLY FLOW IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT
WILL RESULT IN ACCUMULATING SNOW ACROSS THE HIGH TERRAIN OF
WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA. THE CONCENTRATION OF SNOWFALL
