.SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE NORTH
CAROLINA MOUNTAINS THIS MORNING...MAINLY ABOVE 3500 FEET. MAINLY
RAIN IS EXPECTED IN THE LOWER VALLEYS...ALTHOUGH A BRIEF
TRANSITION TO SNOW IS POSSIBLE BEFORE THE PRECIPITATION ENDS LATER
THIS MORNING. LITTLE OR NO ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED IN THE LOWER
VALLEYS. SNOW SHOWERS WILL THEN REDEVELOP OVER THE MOUNTAINS
