...WINTRY PRECIPITATION RETURNS LATER TONIGHT...

.COLD HIGH PRESSURE BUILD SOUTH INTO THE AREA AND PERSIST THROUGH
SUNDAY. SOUTHERLY FLOW OVER THE HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING IN
MOISTURE AND LEAD TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF WINTRY PRECIPITATION FROM
SOUTH TO NORTH ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT. THE WINTRY PRECIPITATION
WILL CHANGE TO RAIN FROM SOUTH TO NORTH ACROSS THE AREA SUNDAY AS
WARMER TEMPERATURES SLOWLY MOVE BACK IN.

A FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST
SUNDAY.

* LOCATIONS...THE NON MOUNTAINOUS PORTIONS OF OCONEE AND PICKENS
  COUNTIES...ALONG WITH ANDERSON COUNTY...IN SOUTH CAROLINA.

* HAZARDS...FREEZING RAIN.

* TIMING...RAIN WILL BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD ACROSS THE AREA
  OVERNIGHT AND CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY MORNING. THE RAIN WILL CHANGE
  TO FREEZING RAIN BY ABOUT 400 AM AND CONTINUE UNTIL TEMPERATURES
  WARM ABOVE FREEZING LATE IN THE MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO 0.05 INCH OF ICE GLAZE.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO SLICK ROADWAYS.
  ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES DUE TO DOWNED TREES OR POWER LINES.

* TIMING...RAIN WILL BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD ACROSS THE AREA
  OVERNIGHT AND CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY MORNING...CHANGING TO
  FREEZING RAIN AS TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW FREEZING. TEMPERATURES
  WILL BE MOST CONDUCIVE TO FREEZING RAIN BETWEEN ABOUT 400 AM AND
  800 AM...BUT WILL CONTINUE UNTIL TEMPERATURES WARM ABOVE
  FREEZING. ALL PRECIPITATION SHOULD CHANGE TO RAIN BY NOON.
