.THE LEADING EDGE OF ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE CONTINUES TO BUILD INTO
THE REGION FROM THE NORTHWEST TONIGHT. WINDY CONDITIONS
ACCOMPANYING THE COLD AIR WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE BITTER WIND
CHILLS ACROSS THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

MOISTURE WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA LATE SUNDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE APPROACHES THE AREA...AND WITH VERY COLD TEMPERATURES
IN PLACE...PRECIPITATION WILL BEGIN AS SNOW. SNOW WILL CHANGE
OVER TO SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN FROM SOUTH TO NORTH...WITH

* HAZARDS...SNOW...MIXING WITH AND CHANGING OVER TO SLEET AND
  FREEZING RAIN.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN SUNDAY EVENING AND LAST THROUGH
  MONDAY AFTERNOON...THEN SHOULD BEGIN TO MIX WITH SLEET AND
  EVENTUALLY CHANGE OVER TO FREEZING RAIN. PRECIPITATION MAY
  BRIEFLY CHANGE OVER TO ALL RAIN MONDAY EVENING...BUT SHOULD
  CHANGE BACK OVER TO FREEZING RAIN AS TEMPERATURES DROP BELOW

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH THROUGH
  10 AM SUNDAY.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...AS LOW AS 5 TO 15 BELOW ZERO...WITH WIND
  CHILLS AS LOW AS MINUS 15 TO MINUS 25 ALONG THE HIGHEST PEAKS
