  WILL RESULT IN DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILLS TONIGHT.

* TIMING...SNOW SHOWERS WILL PRODUCE AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO
  INCHES INTO TONIGHT. WINDS WILL START TO INCREASE OUT OF THE
  NORTHWEST BY EARLY EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT. WIND
