SHOWERS THROUGH AT LEAST TONIGHT ACROSS THE NORTH CAROLINA AND
GEORGIA MOUNTAINS. ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL WILL MAINLY BE CONFINED

* HAZARDS...PERIODS OF SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW THROUGH AT LEAST
  TONIGHT. ALSO...ANY ROADS WHICH BECOME WET TODAY WILL FREEZE
  AGAIN TONIGHT...CAUSING SLIPPERY CONDITIONS. IN ADDITION...
  NORTHWEST WINDS COMBINED WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS
  WILL RESULT IN WIND CHILL VALUES OF 5 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW ZERO
  IN ELEVATIONS ABOVE 3500 FEET TONIGHT.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT...WITH SLOW BUT
  STEADY ACCUMULATION. HOWEVER...DEEP MOISTURE AND STRENGTHENING
