* IMPACTS...SNOW AND SNOW PACKED ROADS WILL MAKE TRAVEL
  HAZARDOUS...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE HIGH ELEVATIONS NEAR THE
  TENNESSEE BORDER. SNOW ACCUMULATION AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS COULD
  RESULT IN A FEW DOWNED TREES. WIND CHILL VALUES OF LESS THAN -5
  DEGREES WILL MAKE IT DANGEROUS TO BE OUTSIDE ACROSS THE HIGH
  ELEVATIONS TUESDAY NIGHT.
