* TIMING...DEVELOPING TONIGHT AND CONTINUING THROUGH FRIDAY
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS...POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.

* TEMPERATURES...FALLING INTO THE UPPER TEENS TO MID 20S.
