.DISCUSSION...
A dry cold front will pass through during the northern districts
this morning and this afternoon in the south. This will cause
dewpoints/RHs to decrease. Minimum RH will dip into the 20 percent
range across all of northern PA, roughly north of I-80 and into
the lower and mid 30s in the south.
The front will hang out near the MD border and may waggle to the
north a little on Thursday and Thursday night. That will allow
more showers and thunderstorms for mainly the southern tier of the
state, but a few showers are possible N of I-80.
