THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

LOCALIZED HIGH RAINFALL AND GUSTY WINDS TO 40 MPH ASSOCIATED WITH
ISOLATED AFTERNOON THUNDERSTORMS. NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED
AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THERE IS A POSSIBILITY FOR HIGH RAINFALL RATES LEADING TO POTENTIAL
FLOODING CONCERNS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONTAL
BOUNDARY WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION LATE FRIDAY INTO EARLY SATURDAY.
THIS MAY PROVIDE THE FOCUS FOR NEAR STATIONARY CLUSTERS OF CONVECTION
THAT COULD PRODUCE HIGH RAINFALL LEADING TO LOCALIZED FLOODING. THIS
HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS ALL DEPENDENT UPON THE MOVEMENT AND EVENTUAL
LATE WEEK LOCATION OF THIS LATE SUMMER FRONT.
