412 AM CDT THU SEP 11 2014

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE WILL BE A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TODAY MOSTLY
ALONG THE COAST. SOME SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS COULD BRIEFLY
PRODUCE SOME GUSTY WINDS AND HEAVY RAINFALL. OTHERWISE... NO
HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE TO THE SOUTH FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND WILL
BE THE FOCUS FOR AFTERNOON SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. MODELS ARE
HINTING AT RAIN STARTING ALONG A SEA BREEZE FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND
THEN PUSHING INLAND AND POSSIBLY COLLIDING WITH RAIN MOVING TO
THE SOUTH IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE COLD FRONT. HIGH MOISTURE
VALUES... SLOW STORM MOTIONS... AND INSTABILITY ALL POINT TO THE
POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAINFALL. AS OF NOW THE BEST CHANCE OF HEAVY
RAIN APPEARS TO BE FRIDAY AFTERNOON INTO SATURDAY MORNING. THERE
STILL REMAINS UNCERTAINTY IN THE TIMING OF THE FRONT THOUGH WHICH
COULD EASILY CHANGE THE LOCATION AND DURATION OF THE RAINFALL.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED.
