THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS EVENING AND CAPABLE
OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. SLOWER MOVING STORMS OR STORMS THAT
MOVE REPEATEDLY OVER THE SAME AREA COULD LEAD TO SOME LOCALIZED
FLOODING... ESPECIALLY AT LOCATIONS THAT HAVE SATURATED GROUNDS.

ADDITIONALLY... SOME STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG AND PRODUCE GUSTY
WINDS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD RETURN TO THE AREA
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY MOVING IN FROM THE
NORTH ALONG WITH DISTURBANCES MOVING IN FROM THE WEST WILL HELP TO
PRODUCE STORMS. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE IN THE SLOWER
MOVING STORMS OR WHERE ANY TRAINING SETS UP. IF SO...FLOODING IS
POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY AT LOCATIONS THAT HAVE SATURATED GROUNDS.

ANOTHER PERIOD OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE SUNDAY INTO
MONDAY... AND MAY POSE TRAVEL IMPACTS DURING THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND.

OVER THE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND ALONG AREA BEACHES. IF GOING TO THE
BEACH...SWIM NEAR A LIFEGUARD AND WELL AWAY FROM JETTIES...
