THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

MARINERS IN SMALL CRAFT SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION THROUGH THIS
EVENING. WINDS WILL RELAX LATER TONIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE INCHES
TOWARD TEXAS. TIDE LEVELS HAVE DROPPED TODAY IN RESPONSE TO STRONG
WEST NORTHWEST WINDS. TIDE LEVELS ARE 1.5 FEET BELOW NORMAL AT
MANCHESTER AND AROUND 1.0 FEET BELOW NORMAL AT MORGANS POINT.
BELOW NORMAL TIDE LEVELS WILL PERSIST UNTIL SOUTH WINDS RETURN ON
THURSDAY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

MODERATE TO OCCASIONALLY STRONG ONSHORE WINDS WILL REDEVELOP ON
THURSDAY NIGHT. MARINERS IN SMALL CRAFT SHOULD ONCE AGAIN USE
CAUTION IF VENTURING OFFSHORE. A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE COASTAL
WATERS ON SATURDAY. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MAY ONCE AGAIN BE
REQUIRED IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT.

WARM MOIST AIR MOVING OVER COOLER CONTINENTAL SHELF WATERS WILL
SET THE STAGE FOR PERIODS OF SEA FOG TO DEVELOP FRIDAY INTO EARLY
SATURDAY.

POTENTIAL FOR THE FOG TO CLIP PARTS OF THE COAST...LOWERING
VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A MILE AT TIMES.
