WHICH WILL BRING WINDY AND DRY CONDITIONS FOR SATURDAY. RH VALUES
ARE EXPECTED TO FALL INTO THE 30-40 PERCENT RANGE FOR SATURDAY
WITH 20 FOOT WINDS OF 10-20 MPH. WINDS WILL DECREASE ON SUNDAY BUT
CONDITIONS WILL BE EVEN DRIER WITH AFTERNOON RH VALUES NEAR 25
PERCENT FOR A FEW HOURS. THE POTENTIAL FOR RED FLAG CONDITIONS ON
