FROM WEST TO EAST. A TRANSITION TO SLEET WILL THEN OCCUR AFTER
SUNRISE AND EVENTUALLY TAPER OFF POSSIBLY AS LIGHT SNOW BY
THURSDAY AFTERNOON. WITH ALL THE PRECIPITATION EXPECTED...RH
VALUES WILL REMAIN WELL ABOVE 50 PERCENT. WINDS WILL BE GUSTY
