National Weather Service Huntsville AL

.DISCUSSION...

A warm front will move north by Tuesday afternoon, bringing in deep
Gulf moisture to the TN Valley. Scattered showers and even a few isolated
to scattered storms will be possible during the afternoon and evening.
A stronger upper-level disturbance will bring heavier and more widespread
showers/storms late Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. A cold front will
then move through the area Wednesday afternoon, bringing a swift end
to precipitation chances. Given the rain chances and expected low
clouds, mixing heights will be low and dispersion poor for the next
several days.

Fog potential over the next few days: Patchy fog is possible late
tonight and early Wednesday morning, especially in sheltered valleys.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time.
