TOMORROW...INCREASING UP TO 15 MPH DURING THE MORNING HOURS BEFORE
DIMINISHING LATER THURSDAY AFTERNOON. CLOUDS WILL INCREASE AHEAD OF
THE NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN ON THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY. QUIET AND
SEASONABLY DRY CONDITIONS ARE THEN EXPECTED THIS WEEKEND AS HIGH
