THE CENTRAL GULF REGION TODAY...AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OUT OF
EASTERN TEXAS/THE WESTERN GULF BEGINS TO LIFT TO THE NORTHEAST.
SURFACE FLOW OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST IS ALSO EXPECTED TO INCREASE NEAR
20 TO 25 KT WITH HIGHER GUSTS LATER TODAY...ALONG WITH EMBEDDED
THUNDERSTORMS. RAIN AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BEGIN TO TAPER OFF
TONIGHT AS THE SURFACE LOW LIFTS TO THE NORTHEAST. SCATTERED SHOWERS
WILL END BY MONDAY MORNING.
