NORTHERN ALABAMA THIS MORNING...WITH THE GREATEST CHANCES FOR
LINGERING MORNING RAINFALL IN THE SOUTHEAST. ABUNDANT CLOUD
COVER WILL PERSIST FOR ALL AREAS...WITH AN UPPER-LEVEL DISTURBANCE
BRINGING ANOTHER ROUND OF SHOWERS LATER THIS AFTERNOON. A STRONG
WARM FRONT WILL MOVE NORTHWARD LATE TONIGHT...WITH WARMER
TEMPERATURES AND A GUSTY SOUTH WIND EXPECTED TUESDAY. SHOWERS AND
A EVEN A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM LATE TONIGHT
THROUGH TUESDAY FOLLOWING PASSAGE OF THE WARM FRONT. ALTHOUGH SMOKE
DISPERSION WILL BE GENERALLY POOR TODAY...VALUES WILL INCREASE
