At 256 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Pineflat, or near Pickwick Landing State Park, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Waterloo and Wright. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. If on or near Pickwick Lake, get out of the water and move indoors or inside a vehicle.
