FRANKLIN AND COLBERT COUNTIES... OVER RED BAY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
35 MPH. THERE IS NO LIGHTNING WITH THIS STORM AT THIS TIME BUT THERE
IS INDICATION OF SOME STRONG WINDS THAT MAY OCCUR WITH THIS STORM.

WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
