WINDS HAVE CALMED DOWN A BIT AS THE SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT HAS
RELAXED OVER MIDDLE TENNESSEE. WINDS LOOK TO PICK UP OUT OF THE
NORTH TOMORROW TO BE AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH. RELATIVE HUMIDITY SHOULD
REMAIN HIGH AS CLOUD COVER AND A MOIST GROUND SURFACE WILL KEEP
LOW LEVEL MOISTURE HIGH. HOWEVER CLEAR SKIES ON WEDNESDAY DUE TO
HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING IN WILL INCREASE TEMPERATURES AND DRY AIR
WILL MOVE IN...BRINGING MINIMUM RH VALUES TO AROUND 30 PERCENT
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON FOR MOST OF THE AREA.
