ELMORE...SOUTHEASTERN CANYON AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEM COUNTIES THROUGH
445 PM MDT...

At 400 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cold front with strong
northwest winds causing blowing dust, advancing southeast around 40
mph.

HAZARD...Northwest winds 40 to 45 mph with gusts to 60 mph.

SOURCE...Observations and web cams.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.  Blowing dust will briefly reduce
         visibility to as low as a quarter mile.

The strong winds will reach Boise around 430 PM MDT.
