  Essex MA, Northern Bristol MA, and Western Plymouth MA Counties.
  In Rhode Island, Eastern Kent RI, Southeast Providence RI, Western
  Kent RI, and Washington RI Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 2 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
