Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between the high over the Gulf
of Mexico and the low over the Plains will start to weaken
allowing for south to southeast winds to weaken during the day
today and into tomorrow. While hazardous conditions are expected
to persist over the Gulf waters with elevated wave heights, winds
over the Laguna Madre should fall into the Small Craft Exercise
Caution conditions by this afternoon.
