.DISCUSSION...
Gusty winds will continue this afternoon, but tonight will be
clear and tranquil, with sub-freezing temperatures. Tuesday will
be mostly sunny and dry with an increasing southerly breeze and
warm afternoon. Low pressure will approach Tuesday night into
Wednesday and bring some rain Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday
evening, possibly ending as a period of snow across the north.
Total rain amounts from a tenth of an inch near the coast to a
third of an inch across the north are likely.
