.DISCUSSION...
A cold front will pass through the state by this evening.
Dewpoints and RHs will remain low into the evening hours.
Minimum RH will dip into the 20 percent range across all of
northern PA, roughly north of I-80 and into the lower and mid 30s
in the south.
The front will hang out near the MD border overnight and may
waggle to the north a little on Thursday and Thursday night. That
will allow more showers and thunderstorms for mainly the southern
tier of the state, but a few showers are possible N of I-80.
