...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM CDT
FOR EASTERN WORTH...NORTHEASTERN GENTRY AND NORTHERN HARRISON
COUNTIES...

At 804 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Eagleville to 7 miles southeast of Grant City,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Two inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Emergency management. Several reports of ping pong ball to
         golf ball size hail have been received from Worth and
         Harrison counties.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
         considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
         mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Ridgeway, Eagleville, Cainsville, Blythedale, Mount Moriah,
Allendale, Denver, Hatfield, and Martinsville.

This includes Interstate 35 in Missouri between mile markers 96 and
113.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for northwestern
Missouri.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
