...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
  counties, Bexar, Comal, Hays, Travis and Williamson.

* WHEN...Until 1015 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 713 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    San Antonio, Austin, Round Rock, New Braunfels, Cedar Park,
    San Marcos, Pflugerville, Schertz, Kyle, Universal City, Live
    Oak, Buda, Selma, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Canyon Lake
    Dam, Tanglewood Forest, Austin Bergstrom Int Airport, San
    Antonio Int Airport and Anderson Mill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
