.DISCUSSION...

Partly to mostly cloudy skies will linger through the day today.
Additional showers are possible in the afternoon (20% chance). The
main uncertainty will be with wind direction today. This morning
will likely feature variable wind directions and sustained winds
below 5 knots. By the afternoon, winds may be somewhere between
southwesterly to northwesterly. Eventually, winds will settle on
northwesterly sometime later in the afternoon, although when is
too uncertain to tell. Winds will also be fairly light between 5
and 10 knots, with winds not peaking until late in the afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (60-70 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain showers in the afternoon.
