PORTIONS OF APACHE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL ARIZONA...

Humidities have risen to 30-45% this evening and the Red Flag
Warning will be allowed to expire at 9 PM MST. Winds will remain
elevated through midnight, especially in the Springerville and
Eagar areas where winds will gust over 60 mph at times.
