Light southeasterly winds on Tuesday morning will result in poor smoke dispersion, though as winds increase to 10 to 15 mph by afternoon smoke dispersion will improve. High res models continue to indicate some smoke aloft through Tuesday, though impacts at the surface are expected to be minor. Afternoon temperatures will climb into the mid 70s, and with dew points in the 40s, afternoon RH values will range from 30 to 35 percent. Shower chances increase for Tuesday night and Wednesday as a frontal boundary slowly moves across the area.
