...Dallas NOAA All Hazards Radio Has Returned to Service...

The Dallas NOAA ALL Hazards Radio transmitter which broadcasts on
a frequency of 162.400 MHZ...call sign KEC 56...has returned to
service. Temporary repairs were made to the radio before Monday`s
severe weather and a permanent fix was completed today. The radio
equipment was also upgraded to a more stable system, which will
result in a more reliable service.

We apologize for any inconvenience the outage caused. We still
encourage everyone to have multiple ways to receive warnings if
any are issued.
