.DISCUSSION...

A mainly dry forecast with a wind shift from southeast on Friday
to west on Saturday is expected. The 20 foot wind gusts are
expected to exceed 20 mph both Friday and Saturday afternoon.
There is low to moderate (20 to 40 percent) confidence that rain
will occur late Friday night as a low pressure system pushes
through the area. An isolated thunderstorm is possible with these
showers.
