For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Cool and unsettled conditions will continue today behind the departing
spring storm. Skies will remain mostly cloudy today with additional showers
and thunderstorms forming on the terrain this afternoon. A few storms will
move over valleys and be capable of small hail and gusty outflow winds.
Cloud cover and persistent downdrafts will keep temperatures 5-10 degrees
below April climatology.
