...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM
MDT/645 PM CDT/ FOR NORTHWESTERN WICHITA...WALLACE...WESTERN LOGAN
AND NORTHERN GREELEY COUNTIES...

At 515 PM MDT/615 PM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles
south of Wallace, or 12 miles southeast of Sharon Springs, moving
north at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe storm will be near...
  Wallace around 525 PM MDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Selkirk.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT/1000 PM CDT/ for
east central Colorado...and west central Kansas.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

This storm is producing large hail. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy
structure and stay away from windows.
