.DISCUSSION...Partly cloudy skies are expected this morning with
very light northerly winds. Winds shift southeasterly 5 to 10 mph
by noon with relative humidities falling to between 35 and 40
percent this afternoon as cloud cover increases. Any shower
chances are expected to hold off until after 7pm. Good humidity
recovery is expected tonight with mostly cloudy skies and a few
showers. Warmer and somewhat more humid conditions are expected
for the day on Tuesday under partly cloudy skies with a wetting
rain arriving Tuesday night.
