...The flood warning continues for the following river in Kansas...

  Walnut River At Winfield affecting Butler and Cowley Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around don`t drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Walnut River At Winfield.
* From early this morning until Monday evening.
* At 2:01 AM Saturday the stage was 17.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early this morning and
  continue to rise to near 19.8 feet by early Sunday morning. The
  river will fall below flood stage by Monday morning.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet...Flood waters flow over County Road Cowley 2
  west of Rock. Then 4 miles northwest of Winfield, Cowley County
  Road 18 floods over a section just west of 71st Road.
