THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS...
EAST CENTRAL KANSAS...SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A HANDFUL OF STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE OVER
SOUTH-CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS INTO THIS EVENING. THE
STRONGEST ACTIVITY WILL BE CAPABLE OF QUARTER TO GOLFBALL SIZE
HAIL AND 60 TO 70 MPH WINDS...ALONG WITH POCKETS OF VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED FLOODING. THE SEVERE THREAT WILL WANE BY
MIDNIGHT OVER FAR SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

MINOR TO MODERATE FLOODING WILL PERSIST ALONG THE NEOSHO RIVER IN
SOUTHEAST KANSAS. PLEASE REFER TO THE LATEST FLOOD WARNING
STATEMENTS FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION.
