SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS OVER WESTERN KANSAS LATE THIS EVENING MAY
VENTURE EAST INTO PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS AFTER
MIDNIGHT. IF SO...THEY WOULD AFFECT AREAS PRIMARILY NORTH OF I-70
AND MAY BE CAPABLE OF STRONG GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS TO 50 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

ON THURSDAY...HEAT INDICES FROM 100 TO 104 WILL HIT MOST AREAS WITH
THE MOST INTENSE HEAT OCCURRING OVER SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE PENNY SIZED HAIL AND WINDS AROUND
50 MPH MAY REACH CENTRAL KANSAS LATE THURSDAY NIGHT...WITH STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE FOR THE REMAINDER OF CENTRAL KANSAS FRIDAY
NIGHT.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE FROM SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH
NEXT TUESDAY. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE...PRIMARILY FROM
SUNDAY THRU MONDAY NIGHT WHEN QUARTER SIZED HAIL AND 60 TO 70 MPH
POSSIBLE.
