THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS,
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT

SOUTH WINDS GUSTING OVER 35 MPH WILL RESULT IN VERY HIGH
GRASSLAND FIRE DANGER THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING HOURS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

A WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION APPEARS PROBABLE BETWEEN LATE
THURSDAY AND SUNDAY. THERE IS STILL CONSIDERABLE UNCERTAINTY ON
PRECIPITATION TYPE AND INTENSITY. AT THIS POINT...THE LOCATIONS
AT GREATEST RISK ARE ALONG AND EAST OF I-35, ESPECIALLY THROUGH
THE FLINT HILLS.

WIND CHILLS WILL DROP INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO ACROSS
PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS ON FRIDAY MORNING.
