THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS...
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORMS WILL LINGER THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS TODAY...MAINLY
FOR LOCATIONS EAST OF THE KANSAS TURNPIKE. SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT
EXPECTED BUT A FEW STRONG STORMS WITH SMALL HAIL WILL BE POSSIBLE.

MEANWHILE...ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS COULD REDEVELOP ALONG THE DRY
LINE OVER WESTERN KANSAS FOR LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
SOME OF THIS ACTIVITY COULD AFFECT LOCATIONS WEST OF INTERSTATE
35...WITH QUARTER SIZE HAIL AND DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AROUND 6O MPH
POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED FOR MUCH OF SATURDAY AND SATURDAY
NIGHT. THERE IS CONSIDERABLE UNCERTAINTY HOW MUCH INSTABILITY WILL
BE IN PLACE...WHICH WOULD HAVE A BIG IMPACT ON STORM SEVERITY. THE
MOST LIKELY AREA FOR SEVERE WEATHER WOULD BE WEST OF A LINCOLN TO
WICHITA TO WELLINGTON LINE.

A FEW LINGERING STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER
SOUTHEAST KANSAS SUNDAY MORNING.

ANOTHER WEATHER SYSTEM WILL BE MOVING THROUGH THE REGION FOR
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
AGAIN.
