SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

WIDELY SCATTERED STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE
SUNDAY LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING...MAINLY SOUTH OF A SALINA TO
GREAT BEND LINE...AND NORTH OF AN IOLA TO WINFIELD LINE...AS A
COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE NORTH. WHILE WIDESPREAD SEVERE
WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED...A HANDFUL OF THE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE
OF LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS...ALONG WITH LOCALLY VERY HEAVY
DOWNPOURS.

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES REMAIN IN THE FORECAST FROM TUESDAY NIGHT
THROUGH LATE WEEK...AS YET ANOTHER FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE
NORTH...AND POSSIBLY STALLS JUST SOUTH OF THE REGION. WHILE
WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS UNLIKELY...A HANDFUL OF STRONG TO
MARGINALLY SEVERE STORMS IS POSSIBLE...MAINLY DURING THE AFTERNOON
AND EVENING FROM MID TO LATE WEEK.
