THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL KANSAS...
SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS AND SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

COUNTY AND RIVER FLOOD WARNINGS REMAIN IN EFFECT ACROSS PARTS OF
THE AREA. PLEASE REFER TO THE LATEST FLOOD WARNINGS AND STATEMENTS
FOR DETAILS.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO IMPACT SOUTHEAST KANSAS THIS
MORNING. GUSTY WINDS AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY. HEAVY RAIN MAY AGGRAVATE OR RENEW ONGOING
FLOODING CONCERNS.

SEVERE STORMS MAY DEVELOP ALONG A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY MAY PRODUCE HALF
DOLLAR SIZE HAIL AND 60 MPH DOWNBURST WINDS. IN ADDITION...HEAVY
RAIN MAY LEAD TO ADDITIONAL FLOODING CONCERNS.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA
TODAY AND MUCH OF THE AREA TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

RIVER FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO PERSIST ALONG THE COW CREEK IN RICE
AND RENO COUNTIES THROUGH THE WEEKEND. PLEASE REFER TO THE LATEST
FLOOD WARNINGS AND STATEMENTS FOR DETAILS.

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL RETURN WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY.
