UNDER MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES...SEASONABLE TEMPERATURES WERE OBSERVED
ACROSS THE AREA WITH EARLY MORNING READINGS IN THE 20S AND 30S.
LIGHT WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS AT 5 TO 10 MPH WERE ALSO COMMON ACROSS
THE REGION.

BREEZY SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL RETURN TO THE AREA TODAY ALLOWING HIGH
TEMPERATURES TO RISE INTO THE LOWER 50S ACROSS KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA
WHILE LOCATIONS ACROSS NORTHERN MISSOURI REMAIN IN THE 40S.

A SUBTLE STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS TONIGHT
BRINGING AN INCREASE IN CLOUDS AND A FEW SPRINKLES OR SNOW FLURRIES
TO NORTHERN KANSAS AND NORTHERN MISSOURI. LOW TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED TO REMAIN MILD FOR LATE NOVEMBER WITH LOWS RANGING FROM THE
UPPER 20S ACROSS THE HIGH PLAINS OF WESTERN KANSAS TO THE 30S
ELSEWHERE.
