  A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER TORONTO...OR
  11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF YATES CENTER...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF NICKELS...AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE
